Refund & Cancellation Policy

By accessing or placing an order through teetones.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

GENERAL

Teetones operates as a print-on-demand online store. Every product is created individually based on customer orders.
Please review all product details and sizing information before purchase.


CANCELLATION & ORDER MODIFICATION

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please email support@teetones.com as soon as possible and include:

  • Your order number

  • The change you’d like to make

We’ll confirm once your modification or cancellation has been processed.

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 2 hours after placement. After that time, your order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled.

  • A management and transaction fee (20% of your total order value) will apply to all cancellations.

  • If your order requires design modification, please understand it may take longer to process during busy seasons.


REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY

At this time, Teetones.com does not offer returns in any case — only replacements.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you do not need to return it.
We’ll resend a replacement free of charge.

Refunds or replacements are approved only in cases where the product is:

  • Significantly different from the description or shown sample

  • Damaged due to factory or carrier error

  • Incorrect item received

For other issues (not listed above), only partial refunds may be offered (excluding shipping fees).

Please note:

  • A 20% color variation between product images and actual items is normal due to lighting and screen display differences.

  • Custom or personalized products cannot be fully refunded unless faulty.


HOW TO FILE A CLAIM

To request a replacement or refund, email support@teetones.com and include:

  1. Order number

  2. Photos or videos of the defective product

    • For print issues, include clear photos showing the error.

    • For size/placement issues, include a ruler or measuring tape for reference.

  3. Full delivery address

  4. Contact phone number

Our support team will review your claim and, if approved, will resend your item at no additional cost.
If replacement isn’t practical, we’ll refund the full cost of the eligible product (including shipping).


INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICY

If an incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages or items returned to sender.

  • Customers must cover the cost of reordering replacement items.

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
