Each item you order is made-to-order, which allows us to offer unique designs and reduce overproduction. Below, you’ll find details about how and when your order will arrive.

1. Order Processing Time

All Teetones products are printed and packed on demand.
Please allow 1-2 business days for production before your order ships.

During peak seasons (such as holidays or sale events), processing times may extend slightly due to higher order volumes.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Region Estimated Delivery Time
United States 4–7 business days
Canada 7–14 business days
Europe 7–15 business days
Australia & New Zealand 7–15 business days
Rest of the World 10–25 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to customs delays, weather conditions, or carrier issues.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, product type, and shipping method.

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions on eligible orders. Details will be announced on our website or via email.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear after dispatch.

If you haven’t received your tracking details within 7 days of purchase, please contact us at support@teetones.com.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package cannot be delivered:

  • We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable orders.

  • You may reorder the item at your own cost.

If the package is returned to sender, we’ll contact you for a reshipment (shipping fees apply).


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or delayed:

  1. Check your tracking link to see the latest status.

  2. Contact your local postal carrier with your tracking number.

  3. If your package still cannot be located after 30 days (US) or 45 days (international), contact us at support@teetones.com, and we’ll assist you with a replacement or refund (if eligible).


7. Customs Fees & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Teetones.com is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


8. Split Shipments

To ensure faster delivery, items from the same order may be shipped separately from different print facilities.
You’ll receive separate tracking numbers if this occurs.
